The SOP's are the core part of every channel. Their authorisation is a bit more extensive then those of the AOP's. They are allowed to aquire new AOP's, put visitors on to the socalled Akick-List and change the topic. Nevertheless - they are enthusiastic chatters and they always create a good atmosphere.
